Depth Stack Disc Filters
Tanvi disc laminated filter element is made of  imported deep wood fiber and has a new concept  design of a double-layer support separation plate. It  ensures the free flow of clear liquid, reduces the  ineffective working surface of the cardboard, and  ensures the optimal flow of the upstream and  downstream fluids, thereby prolonging the service  life of the filter plate and increasing the filtration  speed. Due to the relatively weak dirt-holding capacity of  membrane filtration, Tanvi is required to import  deep wood fiber, which is used as a pre-filter to  effectively remove a large number of suspended  solids from the production process and protect the downstream fouling or blocked. The disc laminated filter element is currently used in the biopharmaceutical industry for  decarbonization filtration of concentrated and dilute formulations, which can effectively make up for  the shortage of titanium rod filters and can be used to replace imported products to protect terminal  sterilization membrane systems.
  • Features and Benefits

Increased filtration security: The full support of the filter cardboard supporting the separation plate enhances the stability of the filter element

Simple and reliable operation: The firm outer frame design makes the filter element not damaged during installation and disassembly

Double filtration mechanism: mechanical interception, electrostatic adsorption

Disinfection or hot fluid has no adverse effect on the filter board

The filter board will not be deformed after heat treatment

It can be backwashed and has a large amount of filtration.

    High dirt holding capacity

  • Application

Colloid and particle removal and clarification, polishing and filtration

    Filtration before filling

    Pre-filtration before membrane filtration

    Final filtration (removal of microorganisms)

Photosensitive adhesive application - filter before and after the formula

Resin application - high viscosity liquid filtration

Solvent applications – a wide range of chemical filtration
